DGAWA May 2018 Model Dog Extravaganza Workshop Registration and Competition Entry Form

All registrations and payments must be submitted online by completing the form below before 5pm AWST Sunday 22nd April 2018.  Workshop registration and entries extended to 5pm AWST Saturday 28th April 2018! Please note, your registration/entry will not be submitted until after payment has been successfully processed using PayPal. This workshop and competition is open to all (DGAWA members and non-members), beginners through to advanced groomers.

To qualify for member prices, you must register and pay for your membership prior to 5pm AWST Friday 6th April 2018.
