Join us for DGAWA’s Pre-Competition Prep & Stacking Class, a practical workshop designed to help groomers develop the skills and confidence needed to prepare and present their work at its best in the competition ring.
Whether you’re planning to enter your very first grooming competition at Springfest or you’re an experienced competitor looking to fine-tune your skills, this workshop is a great opportunity to learn essential competition techniques and put them into practice before the big weekend.

What to expect
- 🛁 Prep Workshop with Sarah Mischa Huang — Learn practical prep techniques, tips and tricks to help achieve a better finish and get the most out of your groom.
- 🐩 Stacking Workshop with Sarah Griffiths — Learn how to position and present your dog to showcase your grooming work at its best.
- ✂️ Expert demonstrations and practical guidance
- 🙋 Opportunities to ask questions and learn alongside fellow groomers
- 🐾 Limited hands-on prep places available exclusively to DGA members
Spectators are welcome for both sessions, with just 5 hands-on Prep Workshop places available.
DGA members receive discounted entry, and hands-on participation is available exclusively to members.
